Step 1: Find out what resonates with employees, customers, people of the world.
Step 2: Find companies that have the a. platform, b. leverage and c. money to make a difference.
Step 3 & Ultimate Goal: Connect the two to do good in the world.
Step 4 (not truly necessary, but ... wait - truly necessary!): Throw in a song that makes you dance around while doing Steps 1 - 3.
Whether you call it Corporate Social Responsibility, Cause Marketing or, for me, Social Entrepreneurship...it's THE FUTURE.
