...when our hearts are full we need much less

  • Why the Hope?

The defining moment in my life that shifted the way I was thinking...and brought me to ubuntu.

  • Who am I?

    Great question. Tough to answer.

  • What I do

In the sense of living and breathing and working and playing.

    Finally! I'm home!

It's been a crazy three weeks. I had some wonderful company in the city before leaving for the holidays. Stace & Nathan - you guys make my heart warm & happy knowing you're out there, together :) I love you!

Then a whirlwind Christmas that involved a trip to Weyburn and then on to Saskatoon to see my brothers. Also involved writing off my car...the 2nd last day of holidays. Needless to say things have been kind of hectic since I've been home.

But YAY, it's Friday night and I'm home and warm and happy and rested and just about to pour a glass of wine. So I was going through old emails, saw this one and had to post it:

When the door of happiness closes, another opens; but often times we look so long at the closed door that we don't see the one, which has been opened for us.

The happiest of people don't necessarily have the best of everything; they just make the most of everything that comes along their way.

    and

The brightest future will always be based on a forgotten past; you can't go forward in life until you let go of your past failures and heartaches.

    Here's to a fabulous and life-changing 2009!
